Mr. X a 40 years old Male with 3 days history of Breathlessness, he was admitted at out City Tower Hospitals he was evaluated to have fluid filled around his lungs (pleural effusion), along with increased creatinine – 21 mg/dl, He was immediately treated with ICD  insertion (tube to drain the fluid) – and was initiated on Dialysis for the deranged renal parameters timely management of his illness helped his recover from Life threatening emergency situation. Now he is continuing Dialysis at our hospital similarly.
