City Tower Hospitals pays heartfelt tribute to its Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director, Dr. P. Padmanabhan, M.D. (General Medicine), who passed away on 4th May 2026.
A highly respected physician with more than five decades of medical experience, Dr. Padmanabhan dedicated his life to providing compassionate, affordable, and quality healthcare to the community. His exceptional clinical expertise, commitment to patient welfare, and unwavering ethical values laid the foundation for City Tower Hospitals and shaped its journey over the past three decades.
Throughout his distinguished career, he successfully managed numerous complex medical conditions, including acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, pulmonary edema, septicemia, stroke, meningitis, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, and critical care cases. His remarkable diagnostic skills and patient-centered approach earned him the trust and gratitude of thousands of patients and families.
While his physical presence is deeply missed, his vision, principles, and commitment to healthcare excellence continue to guide City Tower Hospitals. His legacy remains an enduring source of inspiration for our doctors, nurses, healthcare professionals, and staff members.

Mrs. Padmini Padmanabhan serves as the Managing Director of City Tower Hospitals, providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to the institution. With a strong commitment to patient-centered healthcare, she has played a pivotal role in the hospital’s growth, modernization, and continued excellence in medical services.
Following the legacy established by the late Dr. P. Padmanabhan, Mrs. Padmini Padmanabhan continues to uphold the hospital’s core values of compassion, integrity, and quality healthcare. Sivaraj, an accomplished Physician and Diabetologist, have joined hands with their mother, Mrs. Padmini Padmanabhan, to carry forward the proud legacy of City Tower Hospitals. started with 18 beds has now grown to multi specialty hospital with 52 beds.
Hospital runs round the clock with 24 hrs, with 24hrs Pharmacy and Ambulance
